Best active vacation all inclusive?

What is the best place to travel to with your significant other where you can have both the relaxation time you want, but still be able to have fun at night or go jet skiing on the beach? Everywhere I look has one or the other but never both. We are both 21 and love being active, so we don’t want something boring by any means.
