What are some cool places to vacation during summer?

My sister, mom, and I are planning to vacation around the world, and I was wondering what other countries are fun to visit. My mom knows she wants to go visit Italy, and I think I want to go to Greece, or maybe Iceland. We will probably not be doing this for some time, but I’m really interested in what other countries are like, and what other countries we should consider when we do go on our trip… We don’t ski, and we don’t intend on hiking the entire trip, so I’d like to know of places that have good shopping and other attractions as well as beautiful nature. Thanks!
