Vacation Destinations?

We want to go somewhere fun, but we don’t really wanna fly over the ocean, so no Europe. We just can’t think of somewhere that has a lot of things to do.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, and please tell me why it would fun to go there. We are going skiing next year.

i thought about a cruise, but my dad gets sea sick easily…
