We are taking a trip to the outer banks and don’t no what to do?

We are taking a trip to corolla, in the outer banks in north carolina in mid-August. We have 19 people going with 11 and 8 adults, all the kids are over the age of 13. What are cool things to do during the day and at night? Places to see? Things to do? places to eat? Any jet skiing, amusement parks or things like that? This is not a sight seeing vacation more relaxing and having fun.
